  Jessica, neither lends patience to complaints about broken amenities, very loud neighbors or the surplus of trash within the lots, let alone creedence. Eco Park Apartments, located on the 1300 block of Eco park drive, also has a contract with Tri-state Towing Company, which charges exorbitant amounts- good luck enjoying time with your friends if they live in these complexes, because you'll never find a spot. And, if there Isn't obvious drug activity taking place, then there is sure to be a police car (or several) perusing the lot. Eco park apartments say they are "DeKalb's best value" It's obvious why.
