  They can't do a whole lot since they aren't a "corporate store." They can sell products but that's it. If you are changing your plan, switching products, removing a device, or anything other than buying a product, they will send you to a "corporate store" which means driving to Aurora or similar. The people are nice, just not helpful. They seem so nice that they don't really know everything. For example, he told us that there would be a fee for something when we went to the corporate store but we could talk them out of it since we were buying a new phone. That turned out to be a lie. They also tell you that you have to drive to the other store for simple things that you could easily do online, like a brief international plan for a foreign trip. Don't go here if you can avoid it.

  Highly recommend this location. Excellent costumer service right before Christmas. Many costumers in the store but the manager and other associate took the time to help me purchase new phones.
