  My wife brought her wedding dress in to have cleaned and put into a storage box with a display window per a service they provide. The dress and display box came in another box to protect it and when she opened it the display box was torn and the dress was crooked. She returned with it to ask it be fixed and was told no by the owner because he would lose money and he wanted her to pay to have him fox it. That is the worst customer service I have ever experianced. Then to add insult to injury she opened the box to check for damage and found threads pulled and beads missing from the dress as well as the monogrammed patch her sister put on the inside for her on our wedding day pulled off. We will no longer use this business or recommend it to anyone we know. If you can't stand behind your work then you won't have our business.
