  The quality of water cooler system is bad and the service is also horrible! I bought the system in later 2013. It was starting leaking water in September 2015. I had waited for about 3 months to finially get it repaired. They told me it was fixed. I paid Ecowater system for all the cost associated with the labors, materials, and pickup/delivers. However, the cooler system they "fixed" was still leaking water and it made a big mass to my house...water everywhere at the same day they delivered to my home! Plus, the hot water function no longer works and it was working before sent out to be repaired!! I called them, they said they could not refund what I paid. They insisted that they tested and worked in their lab!
  
  I guess I have to move on and never trust Ecowater system!!!
