  The 2 stars is for the front service only. The guys name is Chris, said he was the manager. Worst customer service ever. I got the feeling if I was a female he would have been super attentive. The techs in the back are very good and know their stuff. This is the second time I've been there and Chris hasn't changed, he tries to sell you parts and labor you don't need. If you go, request someone else to help you up front.
