  In all fairness, I think this store employs some true pet lovers. But then there are a few who should be in another occupation. Grooming manager Joe, attempted to groom my miniature poodle after not only seeing my poodle, but having a photo handy. He didn’t bathe him well, and the cut was like when your five year old gets hold of your scissors and attempts to cut his own hair. Manager of the day agreed to let me take my dog to his normal groomer (at another Petco) and get him groomed for free. After the nearly two hour drive to the other Petco, learned I had been lied to, and there was zero compensation for their mistake. Lies Lies Lies! Very deceptive and extremely unprofessional. Thank goodness for professionals like at the Petco in Schaumburg, IL!
